All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing times may vary, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to love your Kuma gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you toward a solution.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us before sending it in.
